I'm on MythBehaving for a second time! This time I'm talking about my latest book, the convoluted history of my webcomic, and how to deal with writing an ongoing series.
March 12, 2025 Noël Cades
"The Drowners is a wonderful novel...I would highly recommend this book, in particular to anyone who loved the humour and nostalgia of Derry Girls, and perhaps shows like The Inbetweeners."
I’ve read a book in French. It wasn't bad. Do you know this book? Do you read in foreign languages?

I read The Apothecary Diaries, Vol. 7 (Manga) by Nekokurage & Natsu Hyuuga. Exciting revelation here.

Jay reviews "Fragile as Glass" by Pat Henshaw:
"A delightful short story that deals with issues such as disability and attitudes to it. The writing is lovely, the characters (including the minor ones) are well developed and the plot is romantic and realistic... I would highly recommend it. 5 stars."

Village in the Dark by Iris Yamashita I love the sense of place in these two books (this is the 2nd book so far in series), taking place in small, isolated Alaskan towns. Mia was also an interesting new character. I could use a little less crazy gun fights but I'm curious to see where Cara's adventures lead her next. #Mystery #BookReview

Review - The End, by Katie Goh: an interesting though short exploration of why some people read fiction about disasters to cope with real disasters (similar and not). Rating: 3/5 ("liked it").

DEVASTATINGLY BLEAK, POETIC work of profound horror is a brutal, beautifully crafted exploration of the depths of the human heart. Not for everyone, but for those willing to look into the abysses of our nature, it’s powerful as hell. A MINUS

Book Review #6 for 2025 is Malcolm Gladwell's Revenge of the Tipping Point. I have read several of Gladwell's books over the years and have always found them interesting. This is a revisit of the themes of his first book, The Tipping Point, published in 2000. It was interesting but a bit worn in subject. A review. #nonfiction #books #bookreview #malcolmgladwell @books @bookstodonmy
