Ellyrieve LVKMy first attempt at swatching 😄. This ink is Diamine X Pure Pens Alexandrite. In real life the ink is a bit more green than shown in the photos. I used a Tintoretto 5/0 synthetic mop brush for the flower and the main swatch. CthulhuFor the fountain pen knurds.My new daily driver is a Lamy Safari in Hi-Viz yellow. Got it a couple of weeks back and I'm impressed. It now lives in the front pocket on my Hi-Viz vest, hence my choice of colour. I like the grip of the Safari, makes writing less tiring. gcvsa ⭐️🔰🇺🇸 🇵🇭Rewatching "The Crown" on Netflix, and I was bemused to see this <a href="https://mstdn.plus/tags/anachronism" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#anachronism</a>: John Lithgow as Prime Minister Winston Churchill, writing with what is clearly a modern Pelikan M200 <a href="https://mstdn.plus/tags/FountainPen" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#FountainPen</a>. While Pelikan pens certainly did exist in 1952, they didn't look anything like that. The M200 is a currently produced model. But, I also wonder if a German pen was something that Mr. Churchill would ever have used, especially only 7 years after the end of the war.

I was just supposed to get ink cartridges for the ones I already have ;)I have found that the return to fountain pen use has really helped me focus on both journaling and just general scribbling and doodling. It's a very mindful practice that I can undertake when I can't otherwise be doing something physically engaging. pdxrbnsktchrCan anyone help me identify replacement for a converter for SKB pen? One I got with my pen just broke. It is 2.75in long and 0.3in widest diameter. Collar that connects to the feed has 0.17in on the outside 0.09in on the inside (roughly).
