Going to throw this question out, since it feels like there might be people with good ideas here:
Does anyone have any great #vegetarian options for #ChristmasDinner mains?
To be clear, the family vegetarian is me, I'm just struggling for inspiration. Some criteria:
- I'm a bit tired of nut roast, but if you have a really spectacular one, I'm listening.
- I don't like fruit of any kind in or near my savouries. That includes cranberries (but excludes tomatoes).
- It doesn't have to be vegan.
- Or healthy. It's Christmas. I don't want to eat cauliflower steak for my main.
- Not really into fake meat 'roasts'.
- Can totally be non-traditional.
Any cooks (or non-cooks) out there with brilliant recipes? Help, please?
